Starting January 1, 2025, I will transition to a hybrid model that combines insurance-based care with an annual membership fee. This change is necessary to sustain the high-quality, personalized care and accessibility I provide, which insurance alone doesn’t fully cover.

I prioritize being available to you—whether during visits, through the portal, or over the phone—and I don’t want that to change. My holistic, individualized approach takes time to understand your story and support healing on multiple levels. This membership model allows me to continue offering non-covered services and accessibility, while still working with insurance for affordability.

To ensure timely access and extended appointments, I will limit my patient panel size, prioritizing existing patients. I may slow or stop accepting new patients to maintain availability for follow-up care and communication. Additionally, starting in 2025, I’ll offer free educational group classes, co-led with a local therapist.

If this fee is prohibiting you from seeing me please give me a call to discuss payment plan or sliding scale options.

Thank you for your understanding and support as I make this transition. I look forward to continuing to provide the attentive and compassionate care that you deserve.

Pricing:

For patients whose insurance I bill, the annual membership fee starting in 2025 will be:

New Patients as of January 1, 2025:

• $500/year or prorated amount if first appointment occurs after 03/31/25. Membership fee will be paid in two payments: $100 to be paid prior to first appointment and $400 (or pro-rated amount depending on the date of the first appointment) to be paid no later than 48 hours before the second scheduled appointment. If you choose to not continue care after the first appointment and no second appointment occurs, then you will not be charged the second payment.

• If you choose to renew your annual membership in subsequent years you will pay the Return Member Annual Fee, which renews on January 1st every year.

Return Patients from 2024 or prior:

• A single payment of $350 due by 01/01/25, or

• Two payments of $185: one due on 01/01/25, and the second before your second visit (if a second visit takes place in 2025).

Cash/private pay patients (if not billing insurance):

Cash/Private Pay patients will not be charged this fee and can continue to pay my current cash/private pay rates. If you have a high-deductible insurance plan that you don’t expect to meet, you can choose to opt out of insurance billing and pay my cash/private pay rates instead. Below are the 2025 cash/private pay rates.

•  Level 1, typically up to 40 minutes (require Dr. Dana’s approval): $200

•  Level 2, typically up to 50 minutes: $250

•  Level 3, typically up to 60 minutes: $300

•  Level 4, typically up to 75 minutes: $350

•  Level 5, typically up to 90 minutes: $400
