Starting January 1, 2025, Infinity Integrative Health will transition to a hybrid model that combines insurance-based care with an annual membership fee. The membership fee will be for both new and return patients.

Thank you for visiting Infinity Integrative Health. My name is Dr. Dana Dabransky, I provide integrative solutions to fertility, hormonal and mental health. Whether you are a former patient of mine, or you are considering establishing care with me for the first time, welcome, and thank you for your interest!

I am a naturopathic physician practicing in South Burlington, Vermont. I feel my most authentic and effective as a physician when working with people at all stages of reproductive health and untangling the interplay between hormonal balance and mental wellness. My compassion for those who struggle with fertility grew from my personal challenges getting pregnant. I now have two daughters who are 4 and 8 years old. I regularly ask my patients hard questions about balance, joy and rest in their lives, and I strive in my own life to address these questions as well. During my free moments I enjoy horseback riding, eating delicious food with my husband, exercising with EDM beats playing in the background, playing and snuggling with my daughters, yoga and getting lost in an audiobook.

I received my doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in 2011. I completed my naturopathic residency at The GW Center for Integrative Medicine in Washington, D.C and then moved to Vermont where I had been providing naturopathic primary care for the past decade and prior opening my specialty practice, Infinity Integrative Health, in January of 2023. My background in primary care has honed my skills at seeing health from a wide angle view. I identify what needs to be healed and have a non-dogmatic approach that includes both naturopathic as well as conventional treatments. I will honor your experiences, support your vulnerability, and empower you to move in a direction of health and ease.

 Working with me will be a “boutique experience”. I take pride in being your dedicated point of contact. I am the one answering your phone calls and replying to your portal messages. By maintaining direct communication with you, I ensure a personalized and seamless experience. You can trust that your concerns will be heard, your questions will be answered, and you will receive the individualized attention you deserve.

While I no longer provide primary care, I’m here to be a valuable member of your healthcare team in a specialty capacity. In our visits you will have my individual attention, compassion and curiosity. However, our visits won’t include an extensive physical exam and will be primarily consultative in nature.

I am in network with all the major insurers in Vermont: Blue Cross Blue Shield Vermont, MVP, Cigna, Aetna and Vermont Medicaid. I see patients in person and over telehealth.
